• Serve as the primary internal design resource for collateral, e-marketing, event materials, booth graphics and other creative projects in support of Advantage BOSTON and 3-2-1 Connect.
• Established and maintain a presence for Advantage BOSTON on primary social media websites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and You Tube and work to gain industry-related followers.
• Developed the Advantage BOSTON blog, create and manage the content on and on-going basis and generate traffic to blog content.

• Conceptualize and layout all internal and external marketing collateral including PowerPoints, event invitations and signage, sales kits, brochures, business stationary, postcards and tradeshow booth graphics.

• Photograph the convention centers, events, and the city of Boston as needed for various publications and advertisements.

Senior Marketing Coordinator // August 2002-May 2006

• Created and designed brochures, PowerPoint presentations, takeaways and promotional gift items for over 50 industry conferences, seminars and meetings; was main contact and coordinator from registration to end of event.
• Developed graphic design layouts and edited copy for custom electronic and print invites, product sheets, brochures, postcards and all seminar, conference and training materials.
• Worked with senior managers to plan and execute seminars, conferences, dinners, workshops, site visits, and other special events for government and corporate clients.
