I picked up this bottle at Brix in the South End for a wine tasting I’m heading to on Friday. The woman at the wine shop described it as “sexy” … we shall see.
In honor of having the day off for Martin Luther King Day, my South End crew and I got together for a fancy family lunch to end the long weekend right.
I went to my first Real Ryder class at Sweat and Soul Yoga. The room was tiny and about 1 million degrees, but Serena, Erin, Raquel, Kelly and I managed to have fun.
Getting cleats for cycling was the best thing for my practice. I couldn’t imagine biking any other way now that I’ve felt that kind of power and control in the saddle.
